Add a proxy server

Right click on the ProxyCap taskbar icon and choose Preferences.

Click the Proxies category. Press the New button on the toolbar.

Fill in the proxy settings. Any working SOCKS or HTTPS proxy will be OK. Press the OK button.

The Proxies property page should look like this after you add proxy server:

Click the Rules category. Press the New button on the toolbar.

Click Specify in the Application section. Click the Browse button.

Navigate to the Microsoft Telnet's program folder.

Select telnet.exe. Press the Open button.

Press the OK button.

You are done. Click OK to save configuration.
